The single is a sneak peak of the "AFRAID TO MOVE " 2lp coming this year on Gram Records. Punk like how it was in the early years of Belgian punk! It's basic, hard, heavy and raw!

A retrospective of Zundert’s legendary Scoundrels, released via Gram Records. About thirty songs spread out over two LP’s, with a large booklet featuring liner notes, interviews, posters, flyers and photos. Essential Dutch hardcore punk history!

Scoundrels were founded way back in 1979. They quickly became a household name in the Dutch and Belgian punk scenes and debuted with the “Ufreettomoef” tape in 1985, followed the next year by the LP “Don’t Cry For The Moon”. In 1988 they released their second album “Join Hands” and called it quits in 1990. Or, more precisely (as now appears), the band decided to take a long break because they released their third album “Oh No! Not Again!” on Gram Records in 2022. Now it’s time to dive back into the past with “Afraid To Move”!

The first LP contains the remaster of “Ufreettoemoef”, the DIY tape from 1985 which was never reissued before and has become a highly sought-after item. The second LP contains unreleased studio outtakes from the same era, demos from 1981 and various live recordings from the 1980’s, plus a recently re-recorded version of their 1981 underground hit “Geld Is Hun God”. The deluxe edition also contains a 7-inch with brand new songs!
