With less than a month to go until the release of their new album ‘Aspiral’, Epica is unleashing something special. Their 3ird single, “T.I.M.E.” has quite a unique sonic character. Lyrically, it explores the art of dying.
The title is an abbreviation of “Transformation. Integration. Metamorphosis. Evolution.” Dealing with the topic of self-discovery, it points to the death of the ego and the essential steps one must take for personal and spiritual growth. If you’ve paid close attention to what they previously said about the meaning behind the album title and artwork, you’ll realize “T.I.M.E.” fits perfectly.
