Op 14 maart komt er een gloednieuwe plaat op de markt van Wizz Wizzard. Where the River runs Cold is de titel van dit album. De organisator van Wizzfest, dat bovendien doorgaat op 19 maart, heeft ondertussen als 'teaser' een single uitgebracht. Wonders of the World is eigenlijk een nummer dat op de akoestische plaat staat van Chris Appleton (Absolva / Blaze Bayley / Fury UK). Op deze bewerkte versie, krijgt Wizz de hulp van Chris als 'backing vocals' maar ook broer Luke Appleton (Iced Earth / Absolva / Fury UK) verleent aan de single, als lead gitarist.
Dit nieuwe album van Wizz Wizzard zal worden uitgebracht via het label Rocksector Records. Het volgende staat te lezen:
Belgian classic metal band Wizz Wizzard have released a free single taken from their forthcoming 2nd album 'Where The River Runs Cold'.
'Wonders of the World' is a full metal version of a song originally released on the acoustic album 'Restless' by Chris Appleton (Absolva / Blaze Bayley / Fury UK). Chris guests on backing vocals on this new version, whilst brother Luke Appleton (Iced Earth / Absolva / Fury UK) guests on rhythm and lead guitars.
'Where The River Runs Cold' is to be officially released via Rocksector Records on 14th March 2016 and pre-order details will be available soon.
