Het leken vage geruchten. Bevestigd door enkele bronnen rond de band, maar een echt officieel statement lazen we tot op heden nog niet direct. Maar nu lijkt de kogel toch door de kerk. Axl Rose zal dus Brian Johnson vervangen op de rest van de tour. Dat wil ook zeggen bij hun aantreden op de festivalweide van werchter, 16 mei. Dat aantreden is ondertussen uitverkocht.
