Hatebreed bracht een nieuwe video track uit voor Seven Enemies. De track is afkomstig van de band hen nieuwe album The Concrete Confessional dewelke op 13 mei via Nuclear Blast werd uitgebracht. "A lot of people gravitate towards their vices and sins and it dooms them," zei Jamey Jasta. "They lead to destructive lifestyle patterns, and then that starts affecting the people around them."
