Canada's industrial scene has long been admired, producing globally renowned acts like the genre-founding Skinny Puppy, cEvin Key, Front Line Assembly (FLA), and rising star, Ayria (Jennifer Parkin). This new single is the latest gripping showcase of Canada's ever-growing, thriving industrial music scene. Originally released on FLA's 2018 album, WarMech, the track is given an intoxicating new life with Ayria's vocal and lyrical contributions.
On the new track, Ayria comments candidly: "It's such an honour to get the opportunity to sing on a Front Line Assembly song! Growing up in Canada in the 90's they were an inspiration and of course legends both here at home and globally. Getting to add my voice to Mechvirus and writing lyrics to match the theme and mood of this already beautifully haunting track has been a highlight in my own music career."

Recently having announced a massive tour with industrial legends, Ministry, FLA is looking forward to a jam-packed 2024 and Ayria's live journey starts this weekend – kicking off in New York City at STIMULATE and working her way across the USA on her headlining 'Battle Cry' tour. On her headlining tour, Parkin commented excitedly that it is also a celebration of 20 years of Ayria: "After a long pandemic, I'm returning to tour my 6th full length release "This Is My Battle Cry'' and will be playing tracks from every previous release. Recently headlining at the Resistanz Festival in the UK back in April, I was re-inspired and motivated to tour and reach a live audience. I have 22 dates lined up in the USA this Fall on the Battle Cry tour and am planning more regions in 2024. The pandemic reminded me that life really is too short and it's now or never."
