Last night Side-Line launched a special charity free download compilation featuring 135 darkwave bands from allover the world, "Face The Beat: session 7". All proceedings will go to charity and this year they especially want to raise extra funds to also offer direct relief to displaced persons in Poland and wounded citizens in Ukraine itself.
As Snoozecontrol.be works in a positive way we also help out those who work hard to do good! In this actual case it feels like normal to share the work done by another magazine and thus be part of the ones who do good. Read the full info underneath:
"Just like last time we have received a huge amount of submissions from basically allover the world; the ongoing worldwide restrictions still seem to have have a huge effect and as a result a lot of artists continue to use their time to be super creative and productive. Good for you of course!
Face The Beat continues to focus on the darker electronic side of the music scene bringing you a lot of different darker subgenres, from dark electro, darkwave and ebm over pure electronica and electro pop to industrial, idm and dark techno. Next to more known bands, you will again find a lot of brand new projects who get their very first release opportunity here.
In total 135 submissions are included, this high number is the reason why also this volume took some time to complete. A BIG thank you to all the bands who have offered their material to be used in this compilation, without you this would not have been possible!
All proceedings will again go to the various charities we support and this time we will also donate to humanitarian and medical aid for refugees in Eastern Europe due to the ongoing war there which we truly hope will end soon.
