London-based collective SLAXXX present their second single “Thin Air”. Following in the footsteps of debut track “Cross”, heavy reverb remains across a driving backdrop of drums and bass. Vocals shift effortlessly between ranges, as soaring harmonies are layered against the introduction of ghostly saxophone within this energetic Post-Punk New Wave cut. Bristol trickster Señor Chugger (Paradiso) takes the drama up a level with a classic Italo-inspired four-on-the-floor Chug remix, in a contrasting new beat offering for the B-Side. “Thin Air” is as equally at home in the discotheque as it is out on the streets at night.
