Until recently I never heard of this bandI I noticed them when they played together with Fleddy Melculy in Ittre (Zik-Zak). I very much enjoyed them on stage and felt like they are brothers in arms: each on there side of the Belgian language barrier and then united for the first time on stage! Bifi worst meets Cara Pils!

Let’s focus on the new album and drink a Cara Pils whilst enjoying their Belgian Fritcore!

Intro starts quietly, almost as if there is no sound: you’ll hear something vaguely. Suddenly a very symphonic sound pops up as if this is a major production done by the very best and very expensive studio. In the same time you’ll hear somebody laughing. Then the music crashes and somebody starts crazy music (accordion and electronic music mixed nicely together) with some voices from TV.

Binouze is the first real track and explodes from the start: grind core like only the heaviest can present it! You’ll need to read the lyrics to understand the story! The alcohol is way too expensive in the shops! Belgium beer is still the finest, so let’s stay a patriot and drink Belgium beer until we are all wasted!

Rap A pig is a bout a farmer who’s wife doesn’t want to have sex with him. The farmer has sex fantasies and decided to give her one last chance or he’ll rape a pig. I adore the chorus here! The imitation of a pig is also very cool (just as the hammering drums). I think you get the auditive joke here?

The Black Dahlia Burger has already been launched with a clip and has a more mature guitar sound, although the vocals are still screaming hard and heavy and the drums hit as hard as possible! The message in the lyrics is very double: about a burger and comparing it with your dick.

Pirates Des Carapils is all about their love for Cara Pils and robbing all the stores making it so you can’t buy any as they got it all stacked! It’s so tasty according to the band that they want all the stock! The music sounds in combination with the chorus funny and I can see them working it out on stage!

Chef Un P’tit Verre is a cover version of the original Le Grand Jojo and yes this illustrates how much they love to drink … you know what! They are thirsty x 1000! It’s a really nice metal tribute to one of their heroes!

Pause Pipi is a shorty about a snoring man who wakes up because of the alarm, puts away some beer bottles and goes to the toilet (you literally hear it), farts and pukes.

Guele de Bois is the logic follow up to the previous track as it means if translated: hangover. Waking up next to a women you don’t know and seeing all kind of wrong stuff (just read the lyrics). For the rest this one feels like one of the heaviest tracks so far.

Don’t Speak When I Fuck You is not friendly towards women, but If you know the background of this band you know what to think about the lyrics (despite also not being very friendly towards dutch speaking people, but the song reminds me in the lyrics of Evil Dick by Bodycount)

French Cancore invites you to dance the French cancan in a grind core version. I’m pretty sure it’s a hit on stage!

Pognon, Pognon, Pognon starts softly and if the first one where I hear at least some clean singing and some kind of bluesy feeling until the screaming takes over and we go back to their regular sound! All about the love for the money.

Ma Kette is a song about a dick and what women should do with it: suck it. The music is hard and rough, just like his …

Wallifornian Degenration (Feat. Wallifornian Degenration) sounds like as if 2 bands are rehearsing together for the first time and just try to make it as hard and as loud as possible. I hear all kind of voices from high to low, screaming and grunting.

Fritcore is their own anthem and sounds like how they sound on a regular day. It’s fun this way. I just pitty the pig who got tortured (however they will deny it). It’s joke, right!

Outro: is all about having fun whilst the accordion is sounding and people are singing along and getting very drunk! It’s done: the end!

It was fun. It had a blast from the start until the end and was very happy I also got the lyrics (no joke here). Now I finally understand it all! You folks have to see them on stage to understand it even better and at the same time have a great party! Let the beer in! And people who want to book them: you know what they love to drink!
