French metal icons Mass Hysteria dropped a new music video for "Le Grand Réveil feat. Fréhel" from their new album "Tenace - Part 1", released worldwide via Out Of Line Music/Verycords. Mass Hysteria have reached #1 on the official charts in France with this release. The album "Tenace - Part 2" is coming out on October 27.
A surrealistic and expressionistic Parisian universe meets the world of metal band Mass Hysteria for their song "Le Grand Réveil" (The Great Awakening). Fréhel's voice is represented in the form of allegories of shackled freedom. The clip creates a visual world that references the spirit of "Tenace" but also adds a touch that evokes and reflects the Paris of yesteryear and the beginnings of cinema.
