DRESSCODE presents Follow Me, the second single from its forthcoming Under The Surface EP. The track evokes the difficulty of revealing one's feelings about love, of daring to express them despite the fear of rejection and indifference. It can take years, between hope and pain, before the words come out.
Follow Me is the final act, the meeting where everything is said. Is it the final conversation or the beginning of a great story? The outcome is rarely positive, because true love is not born of unspoken words and an inability to communicate. Coming face to face, on the other hand, is a wonderful chance to set the record straight, to finally turn the page once and for all. The memories remain, but the pain is gone.
Follow Me is a catchy rock anthem enhanced by electro. The mix is by Charles de Schutter (Ghinzu, Girls in Hawaï, Vismets, ...). This new track for DRESSCODE brings us one step closer to the release of the new Ep Under The Surface.
