Thundering guitars, pounding beats, and blazing lyrics - OST+FRONT celebrate their own trademarks and impressively demonstrate their supremacy in the so-called "Neue Deutsche Härte". The band shows their concentrated strength on the upcoming album "Dein Helfer in der Not".
Hermann Ostfront says about the song 'Ikarus':
"It's about exploring the boundaries. How far can I go? I don't want to be determined by others anymore. I feel locked up. In the process of the album, I experienced in my direct environment how someone goes from adolescence to adulthood. That can be really exhausting for everyone involved. Neither fish nor fowl. However, I was much worse in that phase."
Furthermore, OST+FRONT makes a statement in these precarious times:

Where other bands lose their bite over time, OST+FRONT show their teeth: "Dein Helfer in der Not" is pure adrenaline for the ever-growing fan base and a provocative work of art that will surely infuriate one or the other. Between morbid stories and a sharp observation of the society, the songs play with the expectations of the listeners and, despite all the catchiness, are no easy ride: "We are the mirror of the society. Human abysses, social grievances, sexual boundaries, we speak out everything. An exquisite documentary masterpiece," comments Hermann.
The upcoming Ost+Front album "Dein Helfer in der Not" was mixed and mastered at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden and will be released on July 31st as a CD, as a 2-CD Digipak including a bonus CD with additional tracks and remixes, as a limited 2-LP incl. download code as well as a limited box set including the Digipak, a flask, an emergency set, a face mask, a certificate of authenticity signed and hand-numbered by the band and another bonus CD with exclusive songs.
