Los Angeles quartet Dead Poet Society will drop their second album, ‘FISSION’, on 26 January via Spinefarm Records. The band have shared a new single from the forthcoming sophomore release, entitled ‘My Condition’.
Commenting on the track, the band's frontman Jack Underkofler says, "This song took years to write and it’s one of our favourites. It’s about knowing that nothing matters, so might as well go for what brings you fulfillment and do what you want."
The band has accumulated over 72 million global streams, with nearly 32 million streams in the U.S. alone. They have also enjoyed two Top 15 singles at radio in the US and key playlisting. Dead Poet Society have previously toured with alt rock powerhouses Biffy Clyro, Badflower, Highly Suspect, The Blue Stones, and BRKN Love; and they’ve played iconic festivals such as Download, Pinkpop, 2000trees, Rock Werchter and Reading & Leeds in recent years. The band have ultimately established themselves as an intense live act not to be missed and are gearing into what is set to be an epic 2024!
